Raffles and Prize Drawings

Exhibit Hall Passport

Prizes await those who make the trek through the exhibit hall and received validations from our participating exhibitors. Simply redeem your completed passport card to be entered into a raffle / drawing for fantastic prizes!

Each year CLMA, CLAS and AACC donate gift baskets. In addition to these gifts, many exhibitors donate items which are included in the drawing. In order to participate, each attendee is supplied with a raffle card. This card must be initialed by a minimum number of participating vendors/exhibitors at their booth spaces.

Attendee Survey Drawing

The major gift prize requires the completion of an attendee survey which is also included in the registration package. One survey will be selected among all returned for the grand prize.

Vendor Raffles

Vendors may have their own raffle and request that you complete a questionaire or simply drop your business card or write your name and contact information on a piece of paper and leave it at their booth.

All raffles are held in the Exhibit Hall at the end of the day. You must be present to win!

Vendor Raffle Prize Donation Table:
RAFFLE PRIZE DONATION
Each registrant is given a vendor's proof of visit card to fill out. Once the registrant has filled in the card with vendors representative signatures, the registrant can enter the card into the raffle. The raffle takes place at the ON THE EXHIBIT FLOOR ADJACENT TO THE ROUND TABLES
